Agreement

Therefore, membership of OnTime Registration Trustee’s website is not available to persons under the age of twenty-one (21) lunar years. You represent that you are twenty-one (21) lunar years of age or over the twenty-one (21) lunar years before you become a member of the OnTime Registration Trustee’s website. OnTime Registration Trustee’s website is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or withdrawn by OnTime Registration Trustee. Further, if you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority and capacity to bind that entity to this Agreement and that you and the business entity will comply with all applicable laws relating to the subject matter.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Access to OnTime Registration Trustee’s website is provided by OnTime Registration Trustee Services L.L.C (OnTime Registration Trustee). By accessing and using the website, you agree that OnTime Registration Trustee may update or modify these terms and conditions and other terms, policies or information of or on the website at any time without advance notice.​

  7. Provide any Information or content which (in our sole discretion) may not be considered to be in compliance with general Islamic Sharia law, rules, morals, values, ethics and traditions.
  8. Provide any information or content which may (in our sole discretion) threaten national security;
  9. Provide any information or content which may (in our sole discretion) constitute or be considered to promote gambling.
  10. Use OnTime Registration Trustee’s website to commit a criminal offence or to encourage others to engage in any conduct which would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability;
  11. Obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to OnTime Registration Trustee’s website or any private or member account areas on the website, nor to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with another person;
  12.   17. Report your activities to an internet service provider or relevant authorities; and/or
  18. Take legal action against you.
  19. Our Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE

Registration

Certain areas of the OnTime Registration Trustee’s website are limited to registered users and or allow a user to request support or services online by entering personal information. You agree that any information you provide in these areas will be complete and accurate. Furthermore, you agree that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the OnTime Registration Trustee’s website under the name of, another person, and that you will not adopt a username that is offensive, in OnTime Registration Trustee’s sole discretion.
